Michael Johns - Director
Michael is an experienced independent corporate adviser who has successfully advised clients across a range of industries including transport & logistics, manufacturing, extractive industries, agribusiness, printing, importing and distribution and non-bank financial services.
Michael has extensive experience in providing corporate debt advisory services as well as providing strategic corporate advice for owners of large private companies in relation to expansion and exit scenario analysis and execution. He has been involved in structuring and arranging funding for acquisitions, MBO's and major asset based structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Aquila Corporate, Michael was a Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance and a corporate banker at ABN AMRO Bank.
